Ms. Victoria Engstrand-Neacsu joined the SIWI Communications team in 2013. She holds a BA in Journalism from the University of Stockholm. Prior to joining SIWI, she worked as correspondent and editor for several Swedish and international media houses and organizations. Her geographical focus has been Sub-Saharan Africa, specifically covering development cooperation and humanitarian issues. At SIWI, she edits the quarterly magazine Stockholm Water Front as well as reports and other materials published by the Institute.
