The 6th edition of the World Water Forum has developed 12 priorities to work as well as 3 conditions of success strives to initiate the process which will make targets tangible. Regional priorities and targets for Africa, Americas, Asia Pacific, Europe and 2 cross continental regions have also been set. SIWI has provided input into the thematic and regional processes in the following areas:

About the 6th World Water Forum
The World Water Forum is largest water event in the world. It is a tri-annual conference that gathers over 25000 participants are expected in 2012 to take part in 250 sessions and panels and about 100 Grassroots & Citizenship events. The Forum is organised jointly by the World Water Council, the French State, and the City of Marseille with the support of local and regional authorities.
