A workshop is held in Copenhagen March 4-6 to mark the beginning of the next phase of the Transboundary Waters Assessment Programme (TWAP) that SIWI is managing.
This phase is called the Full Size Project (FSP) and SIWI is coordinating work in the transboundary rivers group (governance and socio-economic components specifically). To do this, SIWI will be working with approximately 10 research institutions from around the world with the hope to create a template for conducting transboundary water assessments across-the globe. The FSP is scheduled for two years through December 2014.
