The Stockholm Statement advocates on key issues and governance priorities from the water community to stakeholders worldwide. Coordinatedand steered by SIWI, the Stockholm Statement aims to raise water higher up on the political agenda, both as a human right and as an essential productive resource. SIWI intends to elevate the status of water issues on the Post- 2015 development agenda.
