The discussions in Copenhagen for the COP-15 must come forth with a path to accelerate our mitigation of greenhouse gases and the capacity of nations to adapt to the impacts of climate change. The message from the participants of the 2009 World Water Week in Stockholm came in loud and clear: water management is the centre of climate adaptation, and must be included in the agreement.
