SIWI in collaboration with several other organisations will arrange a number of activities in connection to the climate talks in Bonn June 1-11. You are welcome to join!Water Day, Wednesday June 2
A full day of dialogue, discussions and presentations highlighting the role of water in the context of climate change. This full day event will bring together water experts and climate change negotiators to exchange perspectives and highlight the importance of strong references to water in COP16 outcomes.The seminar is divided into four sessions:
9.00-11.00 Adaptation - The Water Management Perspective
11.30-13.00 Adaptation - The Water Supply and Sanitation Perspective
14.00-16.00 Financing - Mobilizing Finance for Adaptation in the Water Sector
16.00-18.00 Mitigation - Water and Energy interlinkages in the context of Climate Change

SIWI on water and climate linkages
Stockholm International Water Institute works with climate change through a number of activities: Advocating climate and water linkages, pushing research in the field, and supporting countries and regions on how to adapt water management in a changing climate.
