Torgny Holmgren, Executive Director of SIWI, will take part as a panellist in the High Level Panel on Triggers and Catalysts of Water Cooperation.

Organised by the Government of Tajikistan jointly with UN institutions as part of the International Year of Water Cooperation, the main objective of the Conference is to contribute to improvement of water cooperation, through advocating the successful policies and best practices, wider public participation, and encouragement of policy makers.
