2017 Stockholm Water Prize Laureate to be announced on World Water Day
The announcement of the 2017 Stockholm Water Prize Laureate will be broadcast live at 10:00am CET live from the UN-Water official World Water Day event in Durban, South Africa.
The world will converge on Durban, South African on 22 March in celebration of the annual World Water Day, under the theme “Wastewater: The Untapped Resource” which is intended to highlight the plight of the global population still suffering from water and sanitation related issues.
Two hours into the event, at 10:00am CET, SIWI will make the official announcement of the 2017 Stockholm Water Prize Laureate. The announcement will be broadcast live on Facebook and will be shared to SIWI’s social media channels.
